Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders delivered in the United Kingdom.

14-day cancellation right
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Return conditions
Please return items unused, unopened and in their original packaging wherever possible. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of an item has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

You must send the returned item back within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.

Return shipping costs
For cancellations or returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Japan.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us promptly with photographs where possible. We will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Refunds
After we receive the returned item, or evidence that it has been sent back, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. For a valid cancellation, we will refund the amount paid for the order, including the standard delivery charge.
