【Refund & Return Policy】

At KOJIMA roastworks, we take every possible measure to ensure the highest quality. If there is any defect in the delivered products, or regarding returns for international shipments, we will respond promptly based on the following provisions.

A. Defective or Incorrect Items
Please contact us via email (tokyo@kojimaroastworks.jp) within 7 days of receiving your item. Upon inspecting the condition of the product, we will promptly process an exchange or refund at our expense (covering return shipping). Please note that returns sent without prior notification cannot be accepted.

B. Cancellations & Returns for Customer Convenience
Due to the nature of our products (food items / coffee beans), we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience once an order has been shipped.
*For international shipments, if a package is returned to Japan due to customer circumstances (such as incorrect address, long-term absence, or refusal of delivery due to unpaid customs duties), the original round-trip international shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

C. 14-Day Cancellation Right (Applicable Regions & Eligible Items)
For orders subject to applicable consumer laws, we accept cancellation requests within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product remains unopened and unused in its original condition. In such cases, all return shipping costs and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
