Shipping fee

If in stock, orders will be shipped immediately on the same day.
If out of stock or for orders placed thereafter, items will be shipped on or after Thursday following a new roast.
Normally, orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. *Please note that delivery may take longer depending on the roasting schedule, stock status, delivery region, weather, or traffic conditions. After shipping is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates (Japan Domestic)
Up to 2 bags of coffee beans (400g): Standard nationwide ¥750 (Takkyubin Compact)
Other combinations and sizes: Standard nationwide ¥1,000
Free shipping on orders of ¥3,500 or more (Japan Domestic Only)

Shipping Destinations: Japan and select Asian countries/regions (Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore)
Carriers: Yamato Transport (Takkyubin) or Japan Post (Click Post, etc.)
Estimated Shipping Time: Normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation
*International shipping rates will be charged at actual EMS costs based on package weight.

International Shipping & Customs Duties
All international orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Please note that customs duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST), and handling fees may be charged upon delivery in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or refusal of delivery, original shipping fees and any return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
